By using the sauna facilities at warma sauna CIC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Use at Your Own Risk
Sauna use involves exposure to high temperatures and may not be suitable for all individuals.
Customers use the sauna entirely at their own risk.
2. Medical Conditions
You should consult a doctor before using the sauna if you:
● Are pregnant
● Have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, respiratory conditions, epilepsy, diabetes, or any other medical condition
● Are taking medication that may impair heat tolerance or cause drowsiness
● Have consumed alcohol or recreational drugs
3. Health Responsibility
You confirm that you are physically fit and capable of using the sauna safely. If you feel dizzy, faint, nauseous, overheated, or unwell at any time, you must leave the sauna immediately and seek assistance.
4. Time Limits & Hydration
Customers are advised to:
● Limit sauna sessions to recommended durations of 15 minutes
● Stay hydrated before and after use
● Avoid excessive or prolonged exposure to heat
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
● Alcohol or drug use before or during sauna use
● Pouring unauthorized substances onto sauna heaters
● Unsafe behaviour, horseplay, or misuse of equipment
● Use by anyone under the age of [18] unless supervised and permitted by facility policy
6. Personal Property
Warma sauna CIC accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, warma sauna CIC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
● Injury, illness, allergic reactions, burns, dehydration, fainting, or medical complications arising from sauna use
● Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
● Loss or damage to personal property
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability for personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
8. Compliance with Instructions
Customers agree to follow all posted rules, verbal instructions, and safety guidance provided by staff at all times.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Warma sauna CIC reserves the right to refuse or terminate sauna access to any person deemed intoxicated, medically unfit, unsafe, or in breach of facility rules.
10. Acknowledgement & Consent
By booking, entering, or using the sauna facilities, you confirm that:
● You have read and understood this disclaimer
● You voluntarily accept all associated risks
● You agree to release and hold harmless warma sauna CIC from any claims, liabilities, damages or expenses arising from your use of the sauna facilities, except where prohibited by applicable law
